I greatly enjoyed my stay at Appart Hotel Clement Ader. the staff was very informative and helpful. - the room was modern and comfortable. - the location is fantastic, right next to a medieval basilica. - Conveniently located near a bakery and supermarket. - It only took me 15 minutes to drive to the airport.

the location of the hotel was perfect and exceptionally nice - not very far from a medieval basilica. also, the property was walk from a railway station. the staff were very friendly and attentive. the room was fashionable and modern, with with very comfortable beds, bathroom, as example.

The area was poor.

At 10 km distance from the airport. A safe box, central heating and an electronic key card in the room, really handy location...

Spacious and beautifully designed hotel unit with single beds. Location is brilliant, just a short walk to the main transport hub. - Close to Metro and airport. - A great selection of food options just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

air conditioning was welcome as outside temperature was > 30 C. Good facilities and swimming pool/fitness centre excellent. The aparthotel was in a central location with many resturants and sights of Toulouse in easy walking distance. If you have a car there was secure off road parking available ( at £14 per night)

bit pricy at ~ £130 per night.

We had a great time at this place with exceptional service from incredibly helpful staff and a perfect location near a medieval basilica.

Staff was incredibly nice and friendly. So big thanks to the girls at the front desk! Rooms were huge and spacious, enough place for 4 people per appartment. The pool and sauna was fantastic. I can't imagine anything wrong about this hotel. The location was just perfect, 8 min walk from old town!

The facilities in the hotel are perfect for relaxing with the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. It is in a very good location for bars and restaurants in Toulouse.

The staff here are incredibly friendly, and the hotel boasts a fantastic location on the outskirts of the historic district, near both the metro station and the city center, perfect for a short stay.

Great studio with excellent bed, and well equiped kitchen. The pool must be great in the summer. This rates as one of the best apart hotels we have tried.

This venue has a fantastic location very close to the city center, offering a variety of fabulous breakfast options.

Location, clean, quiet, modern, ice machine. Two large wardrobes, which got our suitcases out of site.

No bedside table or shelf. Good cooking facility, but no table to sit at and only one chair.

Without doubt one of the best Hotel we have stayed in within this price range.. This Hotel is bordering on luxury! Location is second to none just a 3 minute walk into the heart of the town, Restuarants and Bars all around you. And the Hotel and its staff? Well we were blown away by the standards.. We stay in lots of Hotels in France but this is special, beautiful rooms/apartments, fitted kitchen, balcony, tasteful and modern rooms, comfy plumped up beds.. Class bathrooms and bespoke fittings throughout…parking easy and under the Hotel.. Other Hoteliers should take a leaf out of this book and take a look as a lot can be learnt by this Hotel and its standards.. Well-done “Clement Ader”
